Kristina Swanson, RDN, LDN

Registered Dietitian Nutritionist

Being a dietitian brings me so much joy in life. I love working with clients and seeing how their world truly opens up with food and sustainable healthy lifestyle changes.

As a proud alumni from the University of Minnesota and the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, my educational background prepared me to be a confident dietitian who specializes in nutrition counseling with weight management, sports nutrition, and healthy lifestyle adjustments.

Sports nutrition has always been a passion of mine as a college athlete and Boston Qualifying Marathon runner. Through personal experience and working with athletes in the past, weight management and sustainable nutrition changes are truly the way to a healthy lifestyle. There's a lot more to being a dietitian than just helping people eat more fruits and veggies!
